Nick Healey has joined Husch Blackwell’s healthcare, life sciences, and education business unit as a partner based in the virtual Link office, the firm said Monday.
He handles medical staff matters and administrative proceedings, provides counsel on compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, and assists with compliance investigations, Husch Blackwell said.
Healey, who is also affiliated with the Denver office, has experience guiding healthcare providers in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and through the healthcare regulatory framework, according to Husch Blackwell.
