Carrie Collier-Brown has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in the Austin, Texas, office, the firm said Wednesday.
She concentrates her practice on energy regulation and administrative litigation in the Texas energy market, according to Husch Blackwell.
Collier Brown, who joins from Locke Lord, advises clients in agency proceedings, corporate transactions, and civil litigation.
