Husch Blackwell Links Jablonski to Its Capital Markets Practice

Scott Jablonski has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner with the firm’s financial services and capital markets practice via the firm’s virtual office called The Link, the firm said Tuesday.

Jablonski has experience guiding clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including complex middle market buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and other private securities offerings, according to the firm.

He represents clients in industries that include emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cyber security, blockchain, renewables, avionics/aerospace, insurance, and other fields, the firm said.

Jablonski, who resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, joins from Berger Singerman.
