Ryan DiClemente and Colleen Fox have joined Husch Blackwell as partners in the consumer financial services practice in the The Link, the firm’s virtual office, according to a Monday news release.
The pair defends financial services companies in complex commercial and class action litigation arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, among other federal and state consumer protection statutes.
Senior counsel Laura Conroy and Kellie Lavery arrive alongside the partners, said Husch Blackwell. The entire team joins from Saul Ewing.
