Scott Browning, Jessica Fuller, and Stephen Steele have joined Husch Blackwell as partners with the commercial litigation and nonprofit organizations and religious institutions practices in Denver, the firm said Monday.
The group, which joins from Lewis Roca, represents commercial, governmental, non-profit, and religious institutions. They work with organizations facing federal investigations and grand jury subpoenas and clients under investigation by states’ attorneys general, according to Husch Blackwell.
The partners are joined by senior associate Megan Fugier as well as paralegals Jennifer Buchholz and Lisa Vialpando.
