Michael Clark has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in the corporate, M&A, and securities practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Friday.
Clark represents clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters involving the security, manufacturing, and energy industries, according to Husch Blackwell.
He also focuses on securities law compliance in connection with the private placement of securities, including through the EB-5 immigrant investment program, Husch Blackwell said.
