Matt Manning joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its consumer financial services practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Manning focuses his practice on mortgage servicing, auto finance, and general commercial litigation. He defends banks, nonbank lenders, and mortgage loan servicers in suits asserting claims under the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and various state consumer protection laws, the firm said.
He joins from McGlinchey Stafford.
