Sarah Razaq Sallis joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its financial services & capital markets team in Washington, DC, the firm announced Thursday.
Sallis advises broker-dealers, investment advisers, investment companies, and others in examinations, internal investigations, and prosecutions by regulators. She guides clients through federal securities regulatory inquiries and conducts related internal investigations involving investment banking, retirement platforms, and other securities related matters, the firm said.
She joins from Eversheds Sutherland.
