Husch Blackwell Adds Matt Bonovich as Energy Transaction Partner

Matt Bonovich joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its energy and natural resources industry team in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bonovich negotiates project contracts, including mergers and acquisitions, power purchase agreements, hedges, construction and procurement, interconnection and transmission, and operations and maintenance. He works with wind, solar, storage, transmission, natural gas, cogeneration, LNG, and biomass, the firm said.

He joins from Sheppard Mullin.
