Husch Blackwell Adds Jon McNutt As Labor, Employment Partner

Jon McNutt joined Husch Blackwell as a labor and employment partner in the healthcare, life sciences, and education industry group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

McNutt assists businesses—including education, transportation, and healthcare clients—through complex labor and employment matters such as union grievances, arbitrations, representation cases, and unfair labor practice charges, the firm said.

He also litigates high-stakes wage and hour class and Private Attorneys General Act actions and single plaintiff employment suits, on behalf of employers in a variety of industries, Husch Blackwell said.
