Husch Blackwell Adds Jeffrey O’Brien as Food Systems Partner

Jeffrey O’Brien joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its food systems industry group in Minneapolis, the firm announced Wednesday.

O’Brien represents small businesses and real estate investors and developers where he works with craft breweries, distilleries, a variety of other liquor and hospitality focused businesses, industrial hemp infused product manufacturers, and the state legal marijuana industry, the firm said.

He provides counsel on entity formation, financing, real estate matters, intellectual property protection, operational issues, securities law, and distribution contracts, the firm said.
