L. Scott Oliver has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in the intellectual property practice group and as a member of the law firm’s virtual link office, the firm said Monday.
Oliver joins the technology, manufacturing, and transportation business unit, according to Husch Blackwell.
He has handled all aspects of intellectual property litigation for a variety of businesses, including wireless technology, software, semiconductors, and digital distribution, said the firm. Oliver also has experience with standards-setting organizations, patent stacking and hold-up issues, and reasonable and non-discriminatory rate setting.
