Husch Blackwell Adds Hudock as Labor & Employment Partner in LA

Robert Hudock has joined Husch Blackwell as a labor and employment partner in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.

Hudock, who joins the technology, manufacturing, transportation industry group as a member, defends employers in state and federal court on single-plaintiff and class action matters, according to Husch Blackwell. He also defends employers when complaints are filed with the California Labor Commissioner’s Office or Department of Fair Employment and Housing or with the federal Department of Labor or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

He founded Hudock Employment Law Group in 2015.
