Husch Blackwell Adds Financial Services, Capital Markets Partner

David Cline has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in the financial services and capital markets industry group in Denver, the firm said Monday.

Cline, who also joins the private equity and investment management teams as a member, focuses his practice on venture capital transactions and venture companies, according to Husch Blackwell.

He joins from Michael Best where he served as a partner in the corporate group, said Husch Blackwell.
