Husch Blackwell Adds Cross Border Transactional Partner in DC

Lana Yaghi has joined Husch Blackwell as a cross-border transactional partner on the corporate practice team in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.

Yaghi centers her practice on corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on the aviation and defense industries, according to Husch Blackwell.

She has represented clients in the acquisition, sale, and financing of corporate aircraft as well as the regulatory aspects of structuring domestic and global aircraft ownership and operations, said the firm

She most recently served at Miller Canfield.
