Husch Blackwell Adds Barrett to Energy & Natural Resources Team

Brenda Barrett has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner and member of the energy and natural resources industry group in Austin, Texas, the firm said Thursday.

Barrett works with the energy sector on corporate finance matters, project finance, general corporate governance issues, and the development, acquisition, and operation of renewable energy projects, according to Husch Blackwell.

She also represents credit unions in transactions and regulatory matters, Husch Blackwell said.
