Paul Martino joined Hunton Andrews Kurth as a partner in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Martino focus on state policy matters affecting retailers, chain restaurants, and other consumer-facing companies, with a concentration on e-commerce and consumer protection issues, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, the firm said.
Previously, he was the president and senior policy counsel at the National Retail Federation.
