Hunton Andrews Kurth Adds Joanna Enns as Capital Markets Partner

Joanna Enns joined Hunton Andrews Kurth as a capital markets partner in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.

Enns represents issuers and investment banks in public and private securities transactions, including IPOs and other equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, tender offers, restructurings, and securitizations, among other liability management transactions, the firm said. Additionally, she leads capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and liability management transactions.

She joins from Vinson & Elkins.
