Hughes Hubbard Hires Banking Lawyer Berry in New York Office

Andrés Berry joined Hughes Hubbard & Reed as a partner in its banking and financial services practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Berry, who joins from Clifford Chance, focuses on acquisition finance, fund finance, and asset-based finance transactions, with an emphasis on Latin America and the Caribbean. He advises corporates, sponsors and financial institutions in complex financing transactions, including syndicated, club and credit enhanced loan facilities, private credit, private placements, project finance and other structured financings, the firm said.
