David Pearl joined Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer as a partner in its antitrust practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Pearl focuses on advising clients on high-stakes contentious and noncontentious antitrust issues, including litigation, investigations, cross-border merger reviews, and foreign direct investment. He worked in the private and government sectors, the firm said.
Pearl joins from Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider.
