Kim Rivera, HP Inc.'s top lawyer and a prominent advocate for diversity and inclusion in the legal industry, will step down Feb. 1 after five years with the company, the company announced.
Rivera, who served as HP’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary, took on the additional title of president of strategy and business management in 2019. HP hired Rivera in 2015 from DaVita Inc., where she spent a half-dozen years as legal chief.
