Howard Wizenfeld Joins Wiggin and Dana’s IP Practice in New York

Howard Wizenfeld joined Wiggin and Dana as a partner in its intellectual property practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

He specializes in patent litigation in electrical engineering, telecommunications, artificial intelligence and other computer science technologies, and advises corporations on intellectual property matters. Wizenfeld’s work includes drafting and negotiating complex IP agreements for mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, venture capital investments, joint ventures, spinoffs, financings, restructurings, and other complex transactions, the firm said.

He joins from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
