Honigman Welcomes Kirkland Litigator to Growing Chicago Team

Michael Kraft joined Honigman as a partner in its litigation department and privacy, products, and class actions practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Kraft focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients across a broad range of industries in matters including products liability, breach of contract, private equity and shareholder disputes, corporate restructuring, fraud, trade secrets, and data privacy. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and guiding companies through government enforcement actions and other major corporate events, the firm said.

He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
