Mary Hyde rejoined Honigman as a partner in its intellectual property litigation group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Hyde represents clients in all types of trademark, marketing and advertising—including social media—and copyright matters, the firm said. She advises on federal litigation actions for trademark infringement and dilution, trade dress infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract issues.
She also represents clients in cease-and-desist efforts and internet enforcement proceedings
