Honigman Recruits Samantha Kopacz as Employee Benefits Partner

Samantha Kopacz joined Honigman as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice in Detroit, the firm announced Monday.

Kopacz’s practice centers around the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, the firm said. She advises employers, trustee boards, group health plans, insurance companies, and third-party administrators on regulatory issues related to qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fringe benefit plans, and executive compensation and incentive programs.

She joins from Miller Canfield.
