Kenneth Goldstein joined Honigman as a partner in its private client practice group and corporate department in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Goldstein focuses his practice on wealth preservation, advising individuals and business owners on estate and tax planning needs. He develops tax planning strategies, crafts plans for businesses with diverse interests, and helps maximize the impact of charitable efforts, including forming and administering foundations, the firm said.
He joins from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
