Honigman Recruits Angela Johnson Reier as Corporate Partner

Angela Johnson Reier joined Honigman as a partner in its transactions and counseling practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Reier focuses her practice on US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and managing complex global contracts, the firm said.

She oversees due diligence, conducts purchase agreement negotiations, evaluates for regulatory compliance, and advises on integration or separation execution, Honigman said.
