Honigman Picks Up DLA Piper’s Carpenter for Litigation Group

Devin Carpenter joined Honigman LLP as a partner in its litigation department in Chicago, the firm said Monday.

Carpenter, who joins from DLA Piper, is a commercial litigator with experience in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, according to Honigman. He represents clients in complex high-stakes disputes including those involving antitrust, trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud, privacy, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the firm said.
