Mike Tirman joined Honigman as a partner in its real estate transactions practice group and real estate department in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Tirman represents clients in the acquisition, development, and financing of real estate. He advises on loans and purchase agreements, joint venture and fund agreements, development agreements, and structuring matters, the firm said.
He joins from Ice Miller.
