David Vallas joined Honigman as a partner in its business litigation practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.
Vallas represents stakeholders across 30 states, including owners, operators, and managers of some of the nation’s largest shopping center groups, the firm said. He supports clients in enforcing commercial leases and addressing daily management challenges and counsels on tenant bankruptcies, regulatory compliance, and ownership transitions.
He joins from Polsinelli.
