Kasturi Bagchi joined Honigman LLP as a partner in its transactional and real estate finance practice group in its real estate department in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, the firm announced Tuesday.
Bagchi manages risks for clients in loan, real estate, and other asset-based transactions. She also counsels lenders on mortgage loans, note purchases, and note financings designed to help distressed borrowers avoid foreclosure, the firm said.
She joins from Miller Canfield and previously had an eight-year tenure with Honigman.
