Honeywell GC’s Pay Stays Flat as Skadden Snags Split Work (1)

Honeywell International Inc., the industrial conglomerate that plans to divide itself into three publicly traded companies, paid its general counsel Anne Madden roughly $7.5 million last year.

Madden’s total compensation was on par with what she earned in 2023 and down slightly from the almost $8.3 million she received in 2022, according to the company’s proxy filing Tuesday. Honeywell, under pressure from activist investor Elliott Investment Management, said last month that it expects to separate into three entities by the second half of 2026.
