Elizabeth Holmes is asking federal judge to bar U.S. prosecutors from expanding criminal case without going through a grand jury.

  • Holmes contends that because she hasn’t waived her right to prosecution by indictment, a move by prosecutors to add new allegations to her case through the filing of a “superseding information” violates her constitutional rights under the Fifth Amendment
