Holland & Knight Taps William Brady as Boston Litigation Partner

William Brady joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its litigation practice group in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

Brady will focus his practice on health-care fraud and government investigations, as well as complex litigation matters, including those associated with mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity, and corporate governance disputes, the firm said.

He joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, where he was an assistant US attorney.
