Sarah Belger joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its labor, employment, and benefits practice group in Tysons, Va., the firm announced Monday.
Belger focuses on complex employment-related litigation and disputes involving restrictive covenants, business torts, and trade secret litigation. She also provides due diligence and deal support for major mergers and acquisition transactions, the firm said.
She joins from Quarles & Brady.
