Holland & Knight Taps Luke Burns as Partner From Reed Smith

Luke Burns joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its corporate oil and gas practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Burns’s practice focuses on complex transactions in the LNG, oil and gas, and hydrogen sectors. He advises on long-term sale and purchase agreements, liquefaction tolling agreements, terminal use agreements, and feed gas supply agreements in the LNG space, the firm said.

He joins from Reed Smith.
