Holland & Knight Taps Jessica Sievert as Litigation Partner

Jessica Sievert joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its North Florida litigation practice group in Jacksonville, Fla., the firm announced Monday.

Sievert joins from the Justice Department, where she was a trial attorney in the commercial litigation branch’s civil fraud section. At the DOJ, she led investigations and litigation to address fraud against federal programs and agencies under the False Claims Act.
