Henry Leventis, the former US attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its healthcare regulatory and enforcement practice in Nashville, the firm announced Monday.
Leventis advises clients with high-stakes government investigations and on related litigation and internal investigations with an emphasis on representing health-care companies, executives, and providers, the firm said.
