Bradley Brooker joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its national security and defense industry group, the firm announced Thursday.
Brooker will counsel clients on domestic, international, and cross-border cybersecurity and data privacy issues, including those involving artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. He will also provide counsel on national security issues, including engaging with the defense and national security community, guidance on transactions reviewed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and on supply chain matters, the firm said.
He joins from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he served as general counsel.
