Holland & Knight Recruits Two Gaming Partners to Lead Practice

Katherine Baker and Joshua Kirschner joined Holland & Knight as partners in its gaming practice, the firm announced Tuesday. Baker joined the Boston office and will lead the national gaming practice, while Kirschner joined the Atlanta office and will serve as deputy team leader.

Baker is a gaming regulatory attorney and litigator who assists casino gaming, iGaming, sports betting, and fantasy sports operators, vendors and entrepreneurs to navigate the state and federal, commercial and tribal gaming landscapes.
