Holland & Knight Recruits Townsend, Goren as Trade Partners

Tahlia Townsend and Daniel Goren joined Holland & Knight as partners in its international trade group in Stamford, Conn., the firm announced Thursday.

Townsend advises defense and aerospace companies, financial institutions, electronics manufacturers, venture capital and private equity firms, law firms, news media, universities, and foreign sovereign entities on compliance with US export controls, financial sanctions, and foreign investment regulations, the firm said.

Goren works with technology companies, electronics manufacturers, and aerospace and defense contractors. He conducts internal investigations into potential violations of US export and trade sanctions controls and prepares voluntary disclosures, the firm said.
