Taylor Speers has joined Holland & Knight as a partner on the financial services team in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.
He represents clients on structured finance transactions, with a focus on residential mortgage loan, servicing right, and servicing advance financing.
He joins from Winston & Strawn, the firm said.
