Holland & Knight Recruits Peter Hardy as Litigation Partner

Peter Hardy joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its litigation practice in Philadelphia, the firm announced Monday.

Hardy advises corporations and individuals against allegations of financial fraud, including money laundering, tax fraud, mortgage fraud, and securities fraud. He also counsels financial institutions and businesses on their anti-money laundering obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act and other compliance requirements, the firm said.

He joins from Ballard Spahr.
