Robert Giacchetti has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the corporate, M&A, and securities practice group in the Boston office, the firm said Tuesday.
Giacchetti represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in platform acquisitions, add-ons, and leveraged buyouts as well as buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, according to Holland & Knight.
His clients belong to the technology, education, healthcare, and sports industries, the firm said.
He previously served at Choate Hall & Stewart.
