Elin Park has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the litigation practice in the Chicago office, the firm said Wednesday.
Park, who served as a partner at Jenner & Block, represents companies in the energy, technology, insurance, and manufacturing industries in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, according to Holland & Knight.
She defends clients in class action litigation, provides advice in regulatory proceedings and investigations, and handles contract disputes involving vendors, suppliers, and contractors, said the firm.
