Paul Libretta has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its financial services team in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Libretta represents issuers, investors, borrowers, lenders, sellers, buyers, hedge funds, and private credit funds in connection with structured finance, securitizations and asset-backed lending transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Winston & Strawn.
