John Grugan has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in Philadelphia, the firm said Monday.
Grugan, who previously served at Ballard Spahr, represents clients in government investigations and complex litigation brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Justice Department, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state attorneys general, according to Holland & Knight.
He has worked with boards of directors, audit committees, and corporate management to direct corporate internal investigations, the firm said.
