Ronnie Johnson has joined Holland & Knight as a partner with its public policy and regulation group in Dallas, the firm said Monday.
Johnson advises clients on insurance regulatory issues, including licensing, market conduct, solvency and reinsurance matters, and also provides counsel on government relations and procurement and legislative matters, according to the firm.
His clients include insurance and reinsurance companies, underwriters and agencies, as well as automobile and heavy equipment manufacturers.
He joins from McGlinchey Stafford.
