Racy Haddad joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its real estate section in Austin, Texas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Haddad, who joins from Husch Blackwell, advises clients on sale agreements and closing and funding transactions. She routinely represents investors on the formation of corporate real estate entities, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial financing, the firm said.
