Edward S. Sarnowski has been appointed executive partner of Holland & Knight’s Jacksonville, Fla., office, the firm said Wednesday.
Sarnowski will oversee the management of the office, and continue his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, advising startups, and representing angel, venture capital, and other early stage investors, according to Holland & Knight.
He succeeds Josh Roberts.
